She was a great woman of faith with a powerful anointing of teaching, preaching, and exhortation that challenged people to live successfully by applying God’s principles to life situations.

She was the founder and director of Marilynn J. Davis Christian Ministries International (formerly known as Christian Seminars, Inc.) a full gospel evangelistic teaching ministry with a vision to inspire and direct people into victorious living by the way of Bible schools, seminars, conferences and international projects. Marilynn’s heart was that people might know how to live victoriously by applying the Word of God to life situations. She was convinced that the Word of God works and is effective to accomplish what it says. She had a passion to see everyone she met saved!

Apostle Marilynn served as a missionary to the nation’s preaching victory through Jesus. She traveled to the Ivory Coast, Ghana, Toga, Benin, Israel, England, France, Haiti, Saint Vincent, and Barbados. She was commissioned to the office of Apostle in May 2012 by a Presbytery of apostles and prophets from the United States and Africa. She established a national/International Apostolic Network of churches and ministers as a means of connecting, covering, and encouraging leaders.

Apostle Marilynn went home to be with the Lord on June 4, 2024. She was greatly loved by her congregation at Shekinah Tabernacle and will be missed. Everyone who knew her loved and respected her as a “great woman of God.”
